you really haven't enjoyed the true masti of a waning delhi winter without 'attending' the mother of all rock shows in the capital- GIR (i.e the great indian rock festival)
some of the best times ive shared with good friends has been at the pragati maidan rocking off to some great indian bands (always accompanied by 500 north easterners shouting for iron maiden without fail year after year:)...id always laugh and say- 'man...just let them play and enjoy yourself'..
anyways...feb 17th-19th this year, i wont be there, but my thoughts will. the line up this year includes:

Demonic Resurrection
I have had the pleasure of seeing live performances of split and demonic resurrection in both delhi and mumbai so good to c im not that out of it..yet:)
The pic btw is of me and my homeboy vasu:) at GIR 03...killer fun it was...killer fun...if i remember right this was just when pentagram was taking the stage after an insane perforance by zero....
and yes i also know that im wearing a blue bandana looking like a grade school punk rocker....HA!....
