Attended a presentation from the UNDP on an interesting new publication called 'The New Public Finance' - Responding to Global challenges'. It seems to offer highly relavent suggestions for adapting public finance to the conditions of globailization. Being a private sector guy myself within the UNFPA, there wasnt a lot of value add for me personally but atleast I learnt about a new relavent area of the UNDP's functioning:)
soooooooo..after that I was just walking around the palatial corridors that is this place..came across some killer architecture- although I still cant figure out what this is exactly...
