lickpenny loafer
ever once in a while you get exposed to something different, something non-commercial and simplistic when it comes to music. I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon something like this...a must hear:
download from here
The Sweetest Things in Life - Demo
Beware of the Sirens - Demo
Climbing Trees (acoustic)
In Retrospect
and check out the others as well if you like em...beautiful ..absolutely beautiful stuff...
why the despondent music? ...its getting cold here in switzerland, the fog envelopes one early in the mornings....as if the beauty needs to be shrouded in a a grey blanket...
but on a happier note:) i had a wonderful fondue dinner with sabi, sarah, zuzka, bee, mark, joelle and sam :)...more white wine, more funny conversations that can only be the result of a 2 swiss, a slovakian, 2 hungarians, a german and one indian eating a true swiss dinner. For those who dont know fondue, it's a delicious cheese porridge (i can imagine some of my swiss friends taking out the army knives ready to carve me into tiny pieces for daring to compare fondue to the term i just used:) but what the heck) eaten with morsels of bread, apples and grapes ; washed down only by a generous serving of white wine....scrumptious!
listening to lickpenny loafer right now, its 11:40pm and you can hear a pin drop in this country that can redefine silence..
